It lands on the cashier
The order appears as "pending" with a sound alert and a badge on every screen. Staff accept it — firing it to the kitchen and delivery — or reject it with a reason. Nothing gets cooked until you say yes.
STEP 03 · TRACK
The customer tracks live
They see the order's status and the expected time minute by minute — and their number is added automatically to your customer log in the cashier.

No — the eMenu is the cashier's menu itself. Update it once in Iwan POS and the change shows up in your storefront automatically.
