Why Iwan

Not a translated tool — built for your reality

Four things that genuinely matter when your restaurant's livelihood runs on this device.

OFFLINE-FIRST

Your restaurant never stops

Orders, checkout, printing and the kitchen display all run locally on your devices with the internet unplugged. The network drops, the order queues, and everything syncs quietly the moment you're back. The cloud is a bonus here — never a dependency.

Local LAN No external server Auto-sync
ONE SYSTEM

Every device, one system

Start with one cashier. Add a kitchen printer, a kitchen display, a waiter tablet, or a second cashier — all connected to the main device over your local network. One menu, one set of numbers, and a kitchen on a single beat — no five apps stitched together.

Main + sub cashiers Waiter tablets Unified reports
CARD PAYMENTS

Card payments, ready

Card payments over the Switch network work today on the certified terminal — approve, decline, and print a receipt — built into the payment screen itself, with no second app and no manual entry. More gateways are coming on the same interface.

Switch — live Certified terminal Instant receipt
REPORTS

The numbers in your hand

A back-office with a cockpit look — one glance shows today's sales, net profit and margin, peak hours, and every server's performance. With Advanced Reports: menu engineering, your most profitable items, and consolidated branch reports. Stop guessing.

Online & cloud

Customers order online — you run it from anywhere

A branded storefront whose orders land straight on the cashier, and a cloud dashboard that watches your restaurant while you're away — and the cloud stays optional, always.

The eMenu — QR ordering

Customers scan the code or open your link, order with just a name and phone, and the order drops onto the cashier as "pending" — nothing cooks before you accept, and there's no marketplace commission.

Manage remotely — cloud dashboard

Turn on the cloud and get your sales and reports from any browser, a backup of your data, and multi-branch management under one login. It sits on top of the system — and never enters the critical selling path.

FAQ

Straight answers, no runaround

Yes — completely. Every device keeps taking orders, charging customers, printing receipts and kitchen tickets, and running the kitchen display with the internet fully disconnected. The cloud is optional and is never in the critical path.

Yes. Card payments over the Switch network work today on the certified terminal — approve, decline and print a receipt — built right into the payment screen.

No. Iwan runs on a regular Windows PC and works with the thermal printers you already own (58/80 mm — network, USB or serial).

Absolutely. Start with one offline device. Add devices, enable the cloud, add branches, or turn on the pro modules whenever you like — same system, no migration.

With the cloud enabled, your data is stored and exportable, and your license can be bound to a new device. Even repairing or replacing the device won't lose you your license.

Yes — with the eMenu, every restaurant gets a branded ordering storefront and a QR menu. Customers scan the code or open the link, order for pickup or delivery, and the order lands straight on the cashier. The menu syncs automatically.

The system is Arabic-first — every screen right-to-left, prices in dinars, Arabic receipts. Kurdish and English are coming soon.
